The deal

DrawSketchy is a collaborative drawing app: shared sketchbooks, one pen, real ink rules — no undo, no eraser. By using it you agree to these terms. It's free, offered as-is, and made with care by a very small team.

Your art is yours

• You keep all rights to what you draw. Pages drawn with collaborators belong to everyone who drew on them.
• If your page's artists choose to publish it to the public Showcase at signing, you give us permission to display it there. That's the whole license.
• Ink is permanent by design: strokes can't be undone, and finished, signed pages can't be modified. That's the point.

House rules

• Only draw with people who invited you (or accepted your invite). Don't try to access sketchbooks that aren't yours.
• Don't publish anything to the Showcase that's illegal, hateful, or that you don't have the right to share.
• Don't abuse the service — scraping, spamming invites, or attacking the infrastructure gets your access removed.

No warranty

We work hard to keep your drawings safe, but DrawSketchy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for lost data or damages arising from your use of the service. Export anything you'd be heartbroken to lose.

Ending things

You can stop using DrawSketchy anytime and ask us to delete your account. We can suspend accounts that break these rules. If these terms change materially, the date above changes with them.
