DrawSketchyPrivacy Policy

Effective July 10, 2026

What we collect

  • Your email address and display name — used to sign you in (we email you a one-time code; there are no passwords) and to show your collaborators who you are.
  • Your drawings, signatures, and comments — the content you create in sketchbooks, stored so you and your collaborators can keep it.
  • Guest sessions — if you join from a shared link without an account, we create a temporary guest identity (a random name and color) held in a cookie. Guest sessions expire after 24 hours unless you create an account, which transfers your work to it.

What we don't do

  • We don't sell your data or share it with advertisers.
  • We don't use tracking cookies. The only cookies are the ones that keep you signed in (or keep your guest session alive).
  • We don't make your drawings public. Sketchbooks are visible only to the people invited to them — unless the artists explicitly choose to publish a finished page to the public Showcase during its signing ceremony.

Who else touches the data

DrawSketchy runs on Vercel (hosting) and Supabase(database, authentication, and the emails that carry your sign-in codes). Your data lives in their infrastructure under their security practices; we don't hand it to anyone else.

Deleting your data

Email us and we'll delete your account and everything attached to it. Note that a sketchbook is shared — pages you drew with someone else are also theirs, so ink you contributed to shared pages may remain in their copies.

Children

DrawSketchy isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
